Stay at home moms have one of the hardest jobs in the world . . .

and I have said it before and will say it again – I would not trade places with them and I appreciate IMMENSELY what they do.

One of the blogs I read on a regular basis is by Heather Armstrong – a stay-at-home Mom in Utah. On her blog she shares her opinions on pretty much everything – politics, her 2-yr old daughter, her dog (check this one out), and her husband.

In the past she has talked about her episode of postpartum depression, but in her recent article on Alphamom she goes into more details and discusses a recent book by Tracy Thompson, The Ghost in the House.

I chose to share this because I know a number of moms that have been doing a great job raising kids and might appreciate Heather’s insights.
