What came first – the Mormon or the Indian

Looks like we have a little revisionist history going on here.

It is only one small word. Five tiny characters – “among”. But man, does it change the meaning of the sentence. Read the article for some examples of masterful backpedaling.

I am not an expert by any stretch of the imagination, but there are just too many convenient “revelations” that take place at the most opportune times – like the drinking of Coke or the blessing of African-American Bishops.

  1. Don’t get me started.

    OK, too late.

This is not the first time, and won’t be the last, yet it’ll be glossed over and justified away and have little or no impact. Not only were references to african americans changed, but references to their profit drinking beer were expunged many many years ago, and how about that whole revelation against polygamy coinciding with the refusal of statehood? I can hear Church lady now.. “How Conveeenient”.

The again, what do you expect from people who blindly accept that a single family fled from Jerusalem in 600 B.C. to land and populate North America? By boat. Yes, by boat. A family in 600 BC hops into a boat, and floats all the way to North America. Because, you know, they had all that maritime technology and understanding all wrapped up back then.
